Shipping policy of Encantos Joyería
1. The preparation time required for each shipment may vary. Therefore, the timeframes communicated are only estimates. Please check the estimated shipping time against each item for more information.
2. Estimated shipping times:
2.1 Encantos Joyería will do everything possible to meet the estimated shipping times described, but these are terms we cannot guarantee.
2.2 Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen by the buyer. We do not work with the national mail, so the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
2.3 For North America, our estimated shipping time is approximately 10 days
2.4 For Central America and the Caribbean, our estimated shipping time is approximately 10 days.
2.5 For Europe, our estimated shipping time is approximately 2 weeks
2.6 Within Honduras, estimated time is approximately 3 days

6. Encantos Joyería will not be responsible for any delays that may occur in shipping times due to customs procedures.
7. Once the item is received, the buyer must inspect it before signing the receipt to the dispatch services representative. The buyer's signature will be considered as an acceptance that the item is in perfect condition. If the item is damaged, the buyer must refuse delivery and contact us at encantosjoyeria@yahoo.com within 12 hours after the receipt of your item.
